Another Reason Why the Competition Can't Ketchup
.

BakerSituation
Contacted by a large food processing plant, Baker was asked to consult on a critical “ketchup waste water” issue. The plant's main concern was that they were going to generate more water than the plant pumping station could handle through its filtration system. The water, after filtering, was to be used for irrigation in neighboring cotton fields.

BakerSolution
Baker expertise quickly came up with a plan. Because of the concern of rust in the water upon its discharge, lined tanks were selected as the tank of choice for the project. After determining the exact number of tanks necessary to handle the large volume of water as well as a way of boosting the performance of the plant's pumping station in order to handle the additional water. The Baker Team designed and constructed the manifold system with help of one of their top pump mechanics. They laid the pipe and manifolded all fifteen tanks together. The system was then tied together and left with the proper fittings for the plant engineers to tie the plant's existing filtration system.
