Baker Pumps, a division of Baker Tanks, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ruxton Pump & Power Company located in Hayward, California. Ruxton has been in the pump rental business since 1989 and is a premier, Bay area, full service (rental, sales and repair) pump company. Jon Kawaguchi, President and his entire Ruxton team will be joining Baker Pumps.
Ruxton Pump will operate as a major branch of Baker Pumps and will initially report to Dave Haas, President of Baker Pumps. “We are thrilled to have Ruxton as part of the Baker family. Jon and his team will be tremendous assets to our Company”, said Dave.
Baker Tanks continues to seek acquisition opportunities which strategically complement its core equipment rental business in steel tanks, poly-tanks, pumps and filtration.
